RETURNS & REFUNDS
Making a return with us is easy. Please follow the procedures below so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Unsuitable items that are returned under our returns service in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Contact email@example.com for the return request. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Once we accept the return request, we will send you a “Return Request Confirmation Email” with the return address and details of your returns.
- Please pack your return in their original condition and packaging. Seal the package securely and send it back to us.
- Once we receive the order, we will perform a condition check. If your returns are eligible, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method, it may take up to 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We hope you are delighted with your orders. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your items(s) within 15 days when your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging that you received it.
